Forscher-Milter, Teri Renee
Teri Forscher-Milter holds 25 years of professional performing and teaching experience in all ages and levels of flute, Kinder-Flute for ages 5-8, group and private recorder classes for ages 5-9 and beginning piano for all ages. Forscher-Milter taught as adjunct instructor at USC-Aiken, Newberry College, Presbyterian College, Maranatha College, and most recently taught the graduate flute performance majors at USC in Columbia, SC. She was awarded Presidential Scholar in the Arts in 1994 by President Bill Clinton at the White House and has received numerous solo and chamber music awards throughout her career. Mrs. Forscher-Milter graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Music and has performed with major orchestras in the U.S., including the Cleveland Orchestra and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.She has a passion for teaching all ages and works heavily on the art of practicing, with the belief that successful practicing is the ticket to success! She takes pride in developing a community experience in her studio, with two recitals each year and fun events throughout!
